Mapping the Steps

Stage 1

Initial Meeting

At the initial meeting, Food Trace will identify exactly the clients needs and show how their system will help the business.

Stage 2

Build System

When the brief is decided with the client, the team at Food Trace will begin to get to build the system for the customer.

Stage 3

Demo To Client

Once the build is complete, Food Trace will demonstrate the system to the client on a staging server and look for any feedback for updates.

Stage 4

Build Reports

Before going live, the client will work closely with the Food Trace team to identify data that is to be made into an autogenerated report to save the business time and effort.

Stage 5

Go Live

When the client is happy with the system, Food Trace will set a date for the live system to become active and support the client on launch by uploading all pre existing supplier and specification details.
